The reservation is considered confirmed once the corresponding payment has been received.

Cancellations: Cancellation conditions depend on the rate selected at the time of booking.

Check-in and check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out before 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed.

Rules: Guests agree to respect the house rules, especially regarding noise, number of occupants and proper use of the property.

Liability: The owner is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during the stay.

Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

Right of admission: We reserve the right of admission in case of rule violations or inappropriate behavior.
